Our programme goes beyond the immersion itself, with dedicated preparation before and continued support after.
Programme Preparation
You receive your project brief, meet your peers, and complete guided preparation before arrival, so you know exactly what to expect and how to make the most of the experience.
Experience in Thailand
You join your chosen learning track and work on real projects, combining fieldwork, workshops, and cultural immersion. At the end you will receive the certificate from us as a proof of your active participation.
Beyond the Programme
You become part of our growing alumni network, gaining continued support and opportunities long after the programme ends. We also host a dedicated post-programme session where you can share your experience, reflect on your learning, and update your CV or resume.

Academically responsible and self-driven
Open to cultural immersion and new environments
Interested in collaborative, community-based experience
Curious, respectful, and eager to learn from real-world experience
Application Process
Online Application
Submit the application form with your statement of purpose and academic details. Applications are open from 1 December to 30 April.Interview
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a brief interview within 1-week.
Offer & Deposit
Successful applicants receive an offer letter within 1-week of the interview and can secure their place by paying the programme fees.
Programme Fee
Vivaria provides a fully all-inclusive experience that covers your stay, meals, transport, academic workshops, cultural immersion, and all programme excursions

- Full payment within 10 days of the confirmation of the acceptance in the Programme
